Terms of Service — DecideBase
The terms under which DecideBase is provided.
These terms govern your use of DecideBase. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DecideBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted Use
You may use DecideBase to build and operate SaaS products. You may not use it for illegal activities, to infringe intellectual property, or to distribute malware. Abuse may result in account suspension.
Accounts and Tenants
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tenant data is isolated; you are responsible for your tenants data and compliance with applicable laws.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled per Paddle refund policy. Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.
Open Source License
DecideBase is open source. Self-hosting of the source code is governed by the repository license, separate from these terms which govern the hosted service.
Limitation of Liability
DecideBase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
